Miguel has more than 15 years of experience and specializes on international financial transactions, capital markets an M&A with emphasis on bank loans to financial entities and foreign and national security issues, including transactions in the stock market and project finance. Miguel has important experience in dealing with complex international transactions involving collateral structures and financing. He led several project-finance as well as M&A deals regarding mining, gas and Hydro-electric projects and has broad experience in corporate conflicts. He also advises cases dealing with distressed assets.
