Carolina is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. With more than 24 years of practice, Carolina works with closely and publicly held corporations, controlling shareholders, investors, and advisors in domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of industries, including financial services, o/il and gas, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, customer services, and real estate. Carolina is also active in real estate matters and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements.

Carolina holds an LLB (2000) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ), is a specialist (2002) in Economy and Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and holds an LLM (2007) in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law.  Carolina is also admitted to practice law in the state of New York, United States of America.
