Antonio is a lawyer from the Universidad de Los Andes with a minor in business administration and a post graduate degree in public procurement Law. Antonio is part of the Project Development group and has experience advising national and international companies in the infrastructure and energy sectors in Colombia, specifically, companies in the renewable energy, port, airport and toll-road sectors, in all legal aspects for the operation of the business, including, counsel in the negotiation and performance of EPC and/or concession contracts, financing, negotiation and relationship with public entities, among other activities.
