Such policies cover image rights, the right to honour and privacy, and the protection and commercial exploitation of images, as well as other privacy-related matters. Among the team’s several experienced practitioners, Claudio Magliona‘s broad expertise includes data protection work; Giovanni Donati is experienced in consumer law-related data protection issues; and Nicolás Yuraszeck P‘s recent experience includes assisting technology company Tools For Humanity with the drafting of its data privacy policies.
