Mark F. Pendleton is a corporate transactional attorney in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group who focuses his practice primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions for clients in the healthcare and energy industries.

Mark advises a diverse range of clients on sales and acquisitions of companies and their assets, mergers and financing transactions, general corporate governance, myriad regulatory matters, strategic joint ventures, and other types of corporate and commercial transactions. Mark has particular experience representing private equity investors, independent sponsors, management service organizations, hospitals, physician practice groups, ambulatory surgery centers, ancillary healthcare providers and startups.
