Sergio is a partner and a member of the dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) area. In addition, he is a member of the insolvency and restructuring practice.

Career

He specializes in highly complex civil, commercial litigation and arbitration (domestic and international), and has experience representing national and foreign companies in the mining, retail, real estate, and construction industries, among others. Also, he has experience in litigation before the Competition Court (TDLC) and in administrative and constitutional proceedings.

As a specialist in insolvency and restructuring procedures, he has successfully led numerous cases involving reorganization and liquidation. His expertise encompasses a variety of insolvency processes, where he has effectively worked on debt restructuring for companies in different sectors.

The group has particular strength in construction and real estate litigation, as well as disputes involving the mining, energy, agribusiness, retail, life sciences, and food and beverage sectors.
