Lucas possesses extensive expertise in assisting companies, financial institutions, asset managers and fund administrators, with a strong focus on the structuring of Capital Markets transactions.
He has been involved in numerous nationally significant transactions, including public offerings of debentures, promissory notes, commercial notes, certificates of real estate receivables, and certificates of agribusiness receivables. Additionally, he has played a key role in the structuring of various investment funds and the distribution of their shares through public offerings.
He was an international associate at one of the most prestigious law firms in New York in 2023.
