Paulo has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance focusing on regulatory, working with banks, fintech’s, other financial institutions, private equity funds, multinational corporations, publicly traded and privately held companies, and other investors.

His practice includes regulatory structuring for M&A transactions, structured finance deals, offshore transactions, debt restructuring, as well as for payment products and solutions, and other regulatory aspects involving the Central Bank of Brazil.
