Roberta advises clients on judicial and administrative litigation, focusing on the mediation of social, environmental, and cultural conflicts, environmental licensing, investments in environmental assets, climate change, and the carbon market.

She specializes in matters such as land demarcation and impacts on quilombola, indigenous, and other sensitive communities, vegetation suppression, negotiation of Conduct Adjustment Terms and Environmental Commitment Terms with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and environmental agencies. She also advises on issues related to contaminated areas in mergers and acquisitions, as well as civil and administrative environmental liability.
