Mariana has over 20 years’ experience in local and cross-border capital market transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity (shares, units, ADRs, etc.), debt securities (debentures, commercial paper, notes, bonds, etc.) and securitization (agribusiness and real state receivables certificates – CRAs and CRIs), representing issuers, selling shareholders or underwriters. Advises companies on listings (structuring and implementation) and on corporate governance requirements. Represents clients on local and cross-border financings, structured and project finance transactions.

Member of Cescon Barrieu's Equality Committee, responsible for the LGBT+ group.
