Sin Joh is a consultant in Eversheds’ Corporate Department, resident in Hong Kong. Her practice focuses on equity capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions and compliance with Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. Before joining Eversheds, she practiced law with another international law firm in Hong Kong.
Sin Joh obtained her Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London, University of London and her Master of Laws (Chinese Laws) from the National University of Singapore. She is qualified to practise law in England & Wales, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia and has worked in Malaysia, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
