Henrik is one of our experienced advisers in transactions, both international and domestic. During his ten-year career, Henrik has represented a variety of clients including major industrial purchasers and sellers as well as private equity investors. Related group restructurings, equity and debt financing arrangements, and corporate as well as contract law issues represent an essential part of his work.

Another key focus area for Henrik is commercial contractual arrangements, such as delivery, distribution, agency, cooperation, joint venture, licensing and technology transfer agreements.

Henrik has provided advice to Oaktree Capital Management L.P. on the multijurisdictional and regulatory aspects of its MEUR 175 acquisition of Milpro and Evac from Zodiac Marine & Pool.
