Marja-Riitta Seulu specialises in international trade contracts. She is experienced in legal matters related to agent and retail contracts, among others. The securing and collection of international receivables is a particular area of expertise for Marja-Riitta. She has been active in various international debt-collection networks for more than 20 years.

Marja-Riitta is the author of the chapters on credit sales and credit control in international trade in the book Perintä ja luotonhallinta (‘Debt-collection and credit management’, written in collaboration with Kimmo Mökkönen, Hannu Töyrylä and Yrjö Lehtonen, WSOYpro, updated continuously since 2001). Marja-Riitta has additionally written the section on Finland in the book International Commercial Debt Collection (eds. David Franklin, Thomson Carswell, 2007).
