Olli Iirola handles diverse cases related to limited liability companies, housing companies and corporate transactions. Olli’s special expertise includes demanding financing arrangements, structural arrangements and private equity activities. He has worked on the Boards of Directors of several companies and has acted as an arbitrator in several civil cases related to company and contract law. Olli has held numerous positions of trust in various associations and foundations. For example, he served as the Chairman of the Board of the Taxpayers’ Association of Finland in Helsinki. Olli has organised numerous training events and given several lectures and seminar presentations, particularly on company law. Olli is one of the authors of the esteemed Osakeyhtiö (‘Company law’) book. He has also written many articles for industry journals and is one of the authors of the book Asunto- ja kiinteistöosakeyhtiö (‘Housing and real estate company’).
