Olli Hyvönen specialises in corporate restructuring, competition law and public procurements, and in company law. He advises both domestic and international clients in all his fields of expertise. Olli has extensive, robust experience of corporate restructuring in both the capital investment industry and in traditional manufacturing industries. In matters related to competition law, he has served as an adviser in several official processes, such as antitrust proceedings, and in various trial processes, including antitrust indemnification trials. In matters related to public procurement, Olli principally advises tenderers in the tendering processes regulated by procurement legislation, and in court proceedings related to procurement disputes in the Market Court and Supreme Administrative Court.  Olli works at our Helsinki office.
