Position

Pedro Guimarães joined FCB in 1997 and became a Partner in 2006. He coordinates the Energy and Natural Resources Department, also working in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A and the Banking and Capital Markets Departments. He also develops a significant part of his work on the Angola Desk.

He has over 20 years of experience. His practice is focused on complex and multijurisdictional projects, which has led to his recognition and recommendation in several international legal directories.

Pedro is extremely experienced in cross-border M&A and Corporate restructuring on behalf of clients from technology and energy sectors, and clients highlight his proactivity and sound advice as his main strengths as well as his international network.
