Mihai is a Romanian qualified attorney with solid academic background, being educated in France and Romania. Mihai has significant experience in franchising and also in competition and antitrust, advising international clients in various merger clearance cases as well as in several investigations in front of the Romanian Competition Council.

Prior to founding Lina & Guia, Mihai worked in the London and Brussels office of an international law firm.

Mihai speaks English, French and Romanian.
