Position
Jaqueline Querciola is a partner at BKM | Berkemeyer. She joined the firm in June 1996. Her practice focuses on advising major domestic and foreign companies, including Fortune 500 companies, in the areas of intellectual property, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Over the years he has been in charge of different practice areas of the firm.
Career
Jaqueline is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), with a specialisation in Business Law and social psychologist, by the Alfredo Moffatt School of Social Psychology of the city of Buenos Aires. She is also a mediator for the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the National Chamber of Commerce and Services of Paraguay, and of the Supreme Court of Paraguay.
She has been a trainer of the first group of mediators of the Court, which gave rise to its mediation centre.
She has participated as a speaker in local conferences and in round tables of international Intellectual Property organisations.
Jacqueline has attended for several years the conferences of INTA (International Trademark Association); AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property); AAAPI (Argentinean Association of Intellectual Property Agents); APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association), among others.
Her professional trajectory in the Intellectual Property area has been recognised by Chambers & Partners -for more than 10 consecutive years- and The Legal 500.
Memberships
She is a member of INTA, ASIPI, AAAPI, and AIPPI, an organisation in which, for many years, she was treasurer and secretary of the Paraguayan group of AIPPI.
