Her professional practice focuses on the areas of consumer protection, advertising, unfair competition and free competition (antitrust law), as in the processing of disciplinary proceedings before various state entities. Veronica has participated in two Latin Lawyer Deal of The Year winning consultancies: Uber Peru, 2020 (regulatory category) and Navent, 2021 (M&A category, private).

Veronica has a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2004). She also has a Civil Law Specialization: Contracts and Damages from Universidad de Salamanca (2009), and Post Graduate Studies in Economy, Law and Public Policy Finance from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
