Joseph Serino, Jr. is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, with more than 50 bench and jury trials, administrative law trials, and arbitrations tried to verdict or final award. He is also recognized by Chambers USA 2022 in both Litigation: Securities and General Commercial: The Elite. He has a diverse litigation practice, including securities, antitrust, complex commercial, bankruptcy, and arbitration matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
