Steven Chinowsky is a partner in the San Diego office and recently served as Global Co-Chair of the Technology Industry Group. Steven's practice focuses primarily on technology and intellectual property transactional matters including advising on complex business carve-out transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions of intellectual property portfolios, technology licensing agreements, research and collaboration agreements, manufacturing, co-promotion and co-commercialization agreements, and technology joint venture agreements.

Steven represents both domestic and international companies in a variety of industries including: pharma, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices, genetic research, software, and manufacturing.

Steven often presents on various life sciences, technology, and intellectual property-related topics, and has been recognized by The Legal 500 in the area of Technology Transactions. He is an active member of the State Bar of California, Connect, the Licensing Executives Society, and Biocom.
