Michael G. Romey is the former global Chair of the Environmental Litigation Practice and former Co-chair of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Consumer Class Actions Practice. He is a member of the firm’s Environment, Land & Resources Department. Mr. Romey has a broad range of litigation experience, with an emphasis on environmental litigation. He has represented clients in toxic tort, "Superfund," cost recovery, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Proposition 65, climate change and insurance coverage litigations.
