Rachel Sheridan is a partner in the Capital Markets Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rachel focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, issuers, investment banks and public companies in a wide range of matters. She has extensive experience with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, as well as buyout, liability management, restructuring and SPAC transactions.
