Bethany Withers is a partner in Goodwin’s Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing practice and a member of the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences group. Ms. Withers concentrates on technology and intellectual property transactions, including licensing, strategic alliance, joint development, referral, distribution, reseller, collaboration and other commercial transactions, intellectual property issues in mergers, acquisitions and venture capital and private equity transactions, and compliance with sweepstakes and other promotional laws. Ms. Withers works with a broad base of start-up, venture-back and growth companies, advising these companies on protecting, licensing, acquiring and selling intellectual property. She joined Goodwin in 2011.
