Adriana has extensive experience and a multidisciplinary vision in Corporate Law, including commercial, mergers and acquisitions, corporate contracts, capital markets and foreign investments, having worked for a big four audit company and financial institutions.
The broad expertise enables her to be a notable figure in Corporate Governance and Compliance, particularly in the digital and new technologies fields.
She holds a law degree from Mackenzie University and a postgraduate degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas – FIPE, in important segments of corporate interest, such as governance, compliance, risk management and business ethics. In these fields of interest, she makes relevant contributions involving the promotion of initiatives for ethical and sustainable corporate development, together with the Brazilian Institute of Business Law and Ethics – IBDEE, and the digital transformation of commerce and services, together with the Federation of Commerce of Goods, Services and Tourism of the State of São Paulo (Fecomercio-SP) and the Center of Commerce of the State of São Paulo (Cecomercio).
For over 20 years, it has served large national and international economic groups, from different segments, many of them listed on B3, NASDAQ, NYSE, both in complex M&A operations and in their corporate routine.
