Anthony Boccamazzo is counsel in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Anthony practices in the areas of complex commercial and M&A litigation. Anthony is a trusted litigator who regularly serves as first or second-chair on disputes in state courts, federal courts and arbitrations across the country. Anthony has substantial experience representing private equity firms, their portfolio companies and public companies on matters concerning failed mergers and acquisitions, fraud, contractual indemnification claims, earn-outs, working capital adjustments, escrow disputes, customer and supplier disputes, environmental, and real estate disputes.

Anthony also frequently represents companies in the life sciences sector on complex commercial litigation and arbitration disputes.

When not practicing, Anthony often volunteers his time to local youth organizations.
