Pedro is a key partner with extensive experience in domestic and international capital markets transactions, especially through structured capital markets and financing deals. Pedro constantly advises on debt offerings (debentures and commercial papers) and bank financings. He has been involved in the structuring of some of the most complex debt offering transactions involving multiple sectors – energy, hospitals, construction, financial assets – and a wide variety of clients.
