Eliška Komínková has more than seven years experience as a tax consultant, focusing mainly in the areas of value added tax and customs.

Ms. Komínková’s practice focus is Czech and European regulations relating to customs, value added tax, comprising preparation of value added tax returns, tax and customs audits and consultancy.

Ms. Komínková advised on tax issues in several M&A projects between international leading companies, assisted in the implementation of VAT-efficient (supply chain) structures for various types of companies, provided support to local companies during litigation.
