Bridget focuses on securities enforcement, internal investigations, corporate compliance and white collar defense. She regularly defends her clients in investigations that cover all areas of the securities laws, including potential accounting issues, disclosure concerns, FCPA/anticorruption issues, unregistered initial coin offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sweeps, insider trading, and a wide variety of whistle-blower allegations. She also audits and develops compliance programs in these areas. Bridget is Chambers ranked in Securities Regulation: Enforcement and is recognized by Legal 500 for her work in corporate investigations and white collar defense. In addition, Bridget was named to Securities Docket 2020 “Enforcement 40,” and was recognized as one of the world’s top 100 'Women in Investigations’ by Global Investigations Review.

Serves as Co-Chair of firmwide Litigation Department. Previously worked in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, where she conducted investigations involving the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws, proxy violations, insider trading, disclosure and reporting violations. Recipient of the Enforcement Division Director’s Award for Trial Work.
