  • Acted for Casino Guichard Perrachon in a trade mark infringement action filed by Casa Patriarca Comércio de Gêneros Alimentícios.
  • Acts on behalf of the Warner Group in a large number of anti-counterfeiting cases, including criminal and civil lawsuits, raids and administrative procedures before customs authorities.
