Position
Hamish Annandale is a counsel in Akin’s investment funds group. He focuses primarily on the investment management industry, advising managers on the structuring, formation and operation of their alternative investment products, including hedge funds, credit funds, hybrid funds and co-investment arrangements. He also provides advice on co-investment and standalone single-deal transactions, spin-outs and seed capital arrangements, “Upper tier” structuring, and investment manager restructurings.

Prior to joining Akin, Hamish trained at a large London-based international law firm and spent time on secondment at a London-based hedge fund.
