- Co-head of the firm’s projects & energy transition practice and ESG practice.
Alex advises clients on energy generation and production, project development, financing and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, trading and regulation across the energy, renewables, low carbon and thermal power sectors in both mature and emerging markets. He has worked on fixed and floating offshore wind, solar, onshore wind, hydro, tidal, biogas, biomass, energy from waste, energy networks and micro grids, oil & gas, nuclear, natural gas and coal transactions.
