Nate is a leading authority in the regulation of medical devices, particularly medical software, digital health and diagnostics. He has served in prominent roles at FDA and on the Senate HELP Committee. He is outside counsel to a broad cross section of the most innovative and influential entities in medical technologies, including the most well-established device and diagnostics companies, leading academic medical centers, visionary start-ups, digital technology companies newly entering health care and the leading trade association for the device industry.
