Position

Paul has extensive knowledge and experience of Jersey commercial property transactions.

Paul specialises in all aspects of property with an emphasis on the commercial market having advised on local commercial property acquisitions, retail and office leases, property development and lending during the past 25 years.

He acts for investors, developers, landlords and tenants and has worked on the structuring of the legal documentation for some of the largest recent developments in Jersey including Westmount and Metropole.

Previous clients have included Le Masurier, RBSI, Investec, Andium, Dandara, Dunelm and Boots.
