Carey Olsen

Kayleigh is an associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and insolvency team based in the Cayman Islands. She advises on a wide range of commercial and financial services litigation, including cross-boarder insolvency issues and contentious regulatory disputes.

Kayleigh first joined Carey Olsen as an intern in 2017 while she was completing her undergraduate in Writing, Rhetoric, Discourse Studies at Brock University where she graduated with a distinction in 2019. She then moved to England, where she completed her LLB at University of Kent, Canterbury and her Legal Practice Course at BPP University (Holborn). Following her studies, Kayleigh trained in the Carey Olsen Cayman Islands office's Articled Clerk program and was admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in April 2025.
