Career
Ayan Yalchin is an experienced Solicitor and Director with demonstrated experience having practiced exclusively in immigration law for over 20 years, specialising in assisting High Net Worth Individuals and Business applications.
Having provided bespoke legal advice to some of the largest global companies, in addition to small to medium sized companies and start-ups. He is extremely knowledgeable with business visa applications, HR policy, compliance, and risk analysis; audit planning; planning for executives, VIPs, and High Net Worth Individuals.
Ayan is particularly adept at assisting companies and educational institutions with sponsorship licences including renewals and advising on strategy, compliance, and process. This includes undertaking compliance audits outlining the best way for companies to be fully compliant with the immigration rules. In addition, he assists companies when faced with a downgrade/revocation of a sponsorship licence or with criminal and civil proceedings regarding illegal working.
He has also represented clients before immigration judges and prepared cases for judicial review.
With extensive exposure to businesses in fashion, food and beverage, precious stones, banking, finance, insurance, media, IT, energy, healthcare, education, and sports, which would include Fortune 100 Companies and household names he is able to advise on all Corporate and Business immigration matters.
Ayan has represented a large volume of high net-worth individuals particularly from Russia, Turkey, China, Africa and the Middle East and is instructed regularly by leading accountants and commercial lawyers to provide immigration solutions for potential investors, innovators and entrepreneurs.
His expertise and skills resulted in him being ranked as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in ‘Legal 500’ for a number of years. He is also accredited by the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Senior Caseworker and Supervisor illustrating; he has demonstrated the required level of competence and knowledge in Immigration and Asylum law as defined by the Law Society.
