Jon Gilligan is a co-founder of Littler United Kingdom and Littler Ireland and manages the firms overall strategy.

He has previously worked on some of the most challenging employment law matters and focuses on legal advice being delivered in a way that finds practical and creative solutions for clients that are tailored to their risk appetite and culture.

Before establishing Littler UK in 2010, Jon worked at leading global firm Linklaters and as in-house counsel in the investment banking division of global bank, RBS.
