Associate Solicitor

Before joining GBH Law as a trainee in 2019, Chloe worked as a corporate paralegal at ASB Law (now Knights Plc) in Crawley. During her training contract, Chloe expanded her knowledge of employment law and contract law before deciding that she wanted to qualify for the Corporate team.

Chloe has assisted on several large corporate transactions dealing with due diligence, disclosure, ancillary documents and post-completion formalities. She also takes responsibility for various company secretarial matters for private limited companies and AIM listed PLCs.

Chloe is organised and pragmatic and is a great addition to the GBH Law corporate team.
