Mark has nearly 30 years' experience in employment law matters, advising employers in all areas of employment and discrimination law. He is a highly experienced advocate before employment tribunals and regularly leads seminars and training courses.

He has considerable experience in acting for NHS Trusts and healthcare clients generally, major retail, manufacturing and insurance companies including multinationals, OMBs and in the education sector.
