Joanne has been a commercial litigator for 8 years having joined Weightmans in 2007. As an Associate, Joanne deals with a broad range of complex commercial disputes including contractual disputes, property damage claims, injunctions, defamation proceedings, IP and restitution claims. She is developing a clear specialism in high value property claims and professional negligence work. Joanne is regularly instructed by a variety of clients including public sector bodies, corporate institutions, insurers and banks, SMEs, solicitors and retailers.
Joanne regularly delivers training and seminars for clients, such as the North West Legal Consortium and has been published in the legal press.
