Ben is a specialist in commercial real estate investment transactions and portfolio management, acting for a variety of clients, from large UK pension funds, to private equity investors on the full range of real estate matters throughout the office, retail, leisure and industrial and logistics sectors.

Ben’s experience includes managing large scale mixed-use schemes and advising on development projects and the acquisition, management and disposal of primary, secondary and tertiary investment properties. He also has notable experience of Landlord and Tenant matters, and advises both landlords on portfolio and asset management strategies and tenants their on occupier requirements.
