FBLaw assisted a world-leading company in reaching a record-setting settlement with the Taiwan Fair Trade Commission regarding the Antitrust lawsuit.

Banking and Finance:
FBLaw provided consultations and prepares contracts for a public-traded company in the industry of technology in relation to its plan to raise funds from a company under the ultimate control of a Mainland Chinese business through private placement.

Construction and Public Procurement:
FB law assisted a joint bidder group, formed by an American leading energy technology company and a leading local construction company, successfully obtained an NT$18.5 billion energy project solicited by Taiwan Power Company.

Data Protection:
A Japanese multinational info-tech equipment and services company retained FBLaw to provide consultation regarding Data Protection measures implementation and draft Data Protection Administration Rule Book.

Energy:
FBLaw provided consultation to a think tank research unit funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs regarding offshore wind power generation projects, including assisting in developer’s shares release, drafting performance guarantees, undersea cable legal rights, potential WTO violations, fisheries rights, and reviewing contracts.
