Sukrit Kapoor

Sukrit specializes in dispute resolution with an emphasis on civil, corporate, and commercial disputes including advising on disputes arising out of complex regulatory frameworks. His key focus areas comprise Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure, and Employment and Labour.His practice sees him advising clients on strategizing and appearing before various courts with a significant focus on Supreme Court of India, numerous High Courts, NCLTs, NCLAT, NCDRC, CGITs, and various ad-hoc and institutional arbitral tribunals, amongst others. He has been assisting leading corporates on various complex and complicated matters pertaining to commercial disputes, and regularly advises on litigation prevention and litigation closure strategies. Prior to being called to the bar his experience ranged from working in India and abroad with international organisations including the United Nations. He has graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar and also holds an LLM in International Law from the University of Essex, United Kingdom.
