Jidesh is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of KSK. He initially focused on intellectual property laws, with an emphasis on trademarks and copyrights. Over time, he expanded his expertise to general corporate and commercial work, assisting and advising multinational companies on various legal issues affecting their operations in India, including regulatory work, due diligence, and transfer of technology.

He also dabbles with highly complex and high stakes litigation strategy with a focus on investigations and white collar defence and arbitration and has represented some of the largest corporations before courts and arbitrations both domestic and international.

Co-Founder and Managing Partner of King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK), with over two decades of experience advising multinational corporations, investors, and domestic businesses on complex legal and commercial matters.

Began his career as an intellectual property specialist, developing a strong practice in trademarks and copyrights before expanding into corporate and commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, litigation, arbitration, and white-collar defence.

Has built and led multidisciplinary teams advising global clients on market entry, cross-border transactions, regulatory approvals, technology transfer, due diligence, and strategic commercial matters in India.

Regularly advises boards, promoters, and senior management on high-stakes investigations, enforcement actions, governance issues, and complex dispute resolution involving domestic and international proceedings.

Has represented leading multinational corporations before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, domestic arbitral tribunals, and international arbitration forums, including SIAC and ICC proceedings.

Recognized for combining transactional, regulatory, and contentious expertise, enabling clients to navigate complex business and legal risks across diverse sectors, including technology, automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and energy.

Active member of professional bodies including the Karnataka High Court Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA), Indian Venture Capital Association, CII, FICCI, and ASSOCHAM.

Jidesh Kumar holds a B.A., LL.B. from University Law College, Bangalore, and a Master of Business Laws (MBL) from the National Law School, Bangalore. His academic background, combining legal and business disciplines, has complemented his practice spanning intellectual property, corporate and commercial advisory, regulatory matters, complex litigation, arbitration, and white-collar defence.
