Martin Kraus advises on corporate transactions and matters which involve, in particular, issues of international concern, tax law, or the law of succession. He focuses on providing advice in relation to international and national corporate acquisitions and sales on the one hand, and the structuring of assets and anticipated succession to property and companies on the other. He also specialises in the restructuring of corporate groups and enterprises.

He complemented his law studies with professional experience both in Germany and abroad, including internships with law firms and companies in Vienna, London and New York. Martin passed the two legal state exams in Munich in 1999 and 2001, respectively.

Martinhas co-authored, among others, the publications “Formularbuch Umwandlungen” and “Handbuch Venture Capital”, both published by C. H. Beck.
