Jennifer leads our financial and securities team and has 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. Her main practice areas are collective investment scheme laws, company law, and M&A. She regularly advises clients in relation to asset management business on the relevant law and assist in establishing more than 300 funds in her careers.

She also has been working closely with government authorities on the REITs development and Asia Region Fund Passport framework projects.
