Liang & Partners was founded in 1979 by Kit Kai Tien Liang, Esq. in Taipei, Taiwan. With our outstanding team work services and elite professional personnel, we have become a full service law firm with unmatched diversity.
We are widely recognized for our top-tier finance practice, advising both domestic and international clients on complex matters, particularly in the investment fund sector. Our firm advised on the establishment of one of the first Securities Investment Trust Enterprises (SITEs) in Taiwan in the 1980s. Since then, we have advised on the formation, structuring, and registration of over 500 onshore and cross-border funds.
