Hangzhou Office, as an important branch office of Kangda Law Firm, currently focuses on investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, construction projects, intellectual property rights, special debt settlement and commercial dispute resolution, handling a large number of civil and economic cases and acting as legal advisor for many large state-owned enterprises and listed companies. Hangzhou Office has 40 practicing lawyers, 3 administrative staff and 6 apprentice lawyers. All the practicing lawyers and apprentice lawyers are from the Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science & Law, Fudan University Law School, Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School and other domestic famous law schools. More than half of them have master's degrees or above.
