Chengdu Office is qualified to engage in securities law business jointly granted by China Securities Regulatory Commission and Ministry of Justice is a member of the alternative pool of intermediaries of SASAC of Sichuan Province, has been listed as one of the law firms for mediation work of Chengdu Municipal Intermediate People's Court and the Justice Bureau of Chengdu, as well as one of the bankruptcy administrators of Sichuan Higher People's Court, is a first-class bankruptcy administrator of Chengdu Municipal Intermediate People's Court and also serves as the vice-chairman member of Chengdu Associations of Bankruptcy Administrators. It has provided legal services for more than 40 listed companies in IPO, refinancing and major asset restructuring, and has provided legal services for hundreds of non-listed companies and large and medium-sized enterprises in various aspects such as restructuring, reorganization and acting as permanent legal advisor.
