Kangda Law Firm

The Chongqing office of Kangda Law Firm is a key strategic move in Kangda’s broader plan to establish a strong presence in Southwest China. With careful planning and coordination by Kangda’s headquarters and local legal elites in Chongqing, the Chongqing office officially received approval for establishment in June 2022. It is located on the 10th floor, Unit 8, Tower A of Jingjia International in Jiangbeizui Central Business District, covering a total area of over 2,000 square meters.

Currently, the Chongqing office has more than 100 practicing lawyers and over 130 professional staff in total. Many of its lawyers also serve in important roles in various legal and professional organizations, such as arbitrators at the Chongqing Arbitration Commission, vice presidents or deputy directors of the Chongqing Lawyers Association, and the Chongqing Lawyers Law Research Society. Several lawyers have also been honored with titles such as “Outstanding Lawyers” and “Excellent Communist Party Members” at the municipal and district levels.

As the economic hub of the upper Yangtze River and a key strategic base in China’s Western Development Initiative, Chongqing is a core city in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
